XConecte is a business oriented to the Recruitment and Selection of personnel with positive attitude, good qualities and competences to be performed in an efficient way in our national and International organizations clients. 

Our department offers an alternative for the search of employment without fee for our candidates.  If you are interested to belong to our talents data base, we need you to send your resume and complete a series of evaluations in our offices.  We will get in touch with you to indicate the hour and date when you should visit us of.  The process of evaluations has an approximate duration of 2 ½ hours.  It is not enough to send us your resume to be proposed for a jobs. 

The evaluations carried out are a series of  psychometrics tests necessarys to know the abilities and aptitudes that the candidates possess.  These evaluations are used like reference to create a profile of the candidate and then to present it to the Business Client interested.
